Processing Time

Most of our items are handmade and made-to-order. Please allow 1–3 business days for production and order preparation before shipment.

Customized and personalized items may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer both standard and expedited shipping options.

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 3–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–21 business days

Expedited Shipping

Estimated delivery time worldwide:

  • 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

In some countries, tracking updates may temporarily pause during customs clearance or carrier handovers before updating again locally.

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
